The successful candidate will be responsible for advising prospective students about their study options with a major focus in converting these prospects into students; while also providing an excellent level of customer service to current students.
This position requires someone who is highly motivated and driven to achieve conversion targets. In order to be effective in this role, you must be sales oriented. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a sales position and fantastic communication skills.
- After generating sales leads from social media and google ad campaign, you need to communicate individually and keep makes notes on Hubspot CRM and LMS
- You will get access our softphone to contact our potential applicants and ask the enquiry questionnaire and pass it to student consultant or expert accordingly
- Keep current with market knowledge and our partner universities and courses and entry requirements etc
- Participate in all required training and sales meetings as well as training from UK university admission and marketing
- Lead from the front displaying the highest sales and operational standards
- Developing & managing the CRM system to optimise data and leads
- Have a solid understanding of sales target and services
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with clients, answering client enquiries, and effectively handling complaints

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

Number of hours per week: 25-30 Hours per week
Working pattern and contracted hours (including any shift patterns):
- Location – London, Newcastle, Manchester, Leads / Remotely
- Working Hours between 9 to 6pm
