Boost Education Service Ltd., an established name in the education sector, is actively seeking an experienced Higher Education Partnership Manager. This key role is based at our London office and requires a professional with extensive knowledge of university courses, their rules and regulations, as well as a strong background in B2B relationships in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster and manage relationships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), acting as the primary point of contact.
Identify, assess, and secure new partnerships with HEIs to further our organizational goals, both locally and internationally.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with company objectives.
Ensure all partnerships align with the rules and regulations of HEIs and maintain a high standard of compliance.
Organize and oversee training sessions for employees at international locations in collaboration with HEI partners.
Maintain and strengthen B2B relationships in both the local and international market, aiming to expand our reach and impact.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to relay partner needs, interests and opportunities.
Regularly review and report on partnership performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
Job Requirements:
Proven 5-6 years of experience in the HEI sector, ideally in a partnership, business development or relationship management role.
Strong background in maintaining B2B relationships in both local and international markets.
In-depth knowledge of university courses, their structures, and the rules and regulations surrounding them.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management and partnership development skills.
Strong understanding of the current market trends in the education sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A degree in a relevant field.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
