BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

This program will provide an internationally competitive education, and prepare you for a professional career, by providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. The program will enable you to use engineering skills to improve many aspects of surveying and all related construction areas. Even the core focus is on quantity surveying and commercial management, you will also be acquiring a good platform for working in all construction industries. The program offers a different range of core and optional modules, enabling you to experience the real world and effectively connect your university experience with the industry.

This course offers the opportunity for year-long placement between years two and three. If you choose to take this option, you’ll spend your third year on a placement with a relevant company or organization, adding valuable practical experience to your growing academic knowledge. The extra placement year means it will take four years to complete your studies, instead of three.
