The program is designed to provide a theory–practice education, to prepare you for your future professional career, by providing a deep understanding of the knowledge and high experience in the area of real estate management. The program will enable you to use management skills to improve many aspects of projects and all related construction areas, even though the core focus is on real estate management, you will also be acquiring a good platform for working in all construction industries. Employability
The program is designed using CIOB and RICS attributes. The program is offering hands-on modules reinforced with a strong emphasis on employability via our mental wealth integration strategy into every module. Alongside this, we have very close links with major employers, and our industrial advisory board is already guiding us to further ensure our students are employable in the engineering and related sectors.
Placements
There is a professional team for placements that offers training sessions. You will need to attend these sessions and you will be trained in different methods of accessing different construction companies for your placement. Our current placement team in the Centre for Student Success has a very close collaboration to develop different skills for our students and their connection to the different construction companies.
