This course provides an excellent pathway for a career as an economist in financial institutions and banking, business management, consulting, commerce, the public sector, and voluntary organizations. Economists are in high demand in both the private and public sectors. They can be skilled managers, researchers, analysts, and strategists. Graduates may also progress on to postgraduate study. Some of our graduates have gone on to work for Nomura, IAG Cargo, Macquarie, HSBC, Barclays, Wells Fargo, and Metro Bank. Those that have gone on to postgraduate studies secured admission into UCL, LSE, and Queen Mary.

- A Level- Must include passes at A2 in at least two subjects.
- BTEC Extended Diploma or Diploma.
- International-Diploma with 25 points including a minimum of 15 points at Higher Level.
- Overall IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; minimum 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognized equivalent).
